Oheneba Kwadwo Boachie serves as Technical and Operations Director for Lands & Mines Watch Ghana. He leads the organisation’s technical workstreams: ensuring analysis of mining policy, contracts, and regulatory instruments is rigorous and usable for advocacy; overseeing research systems and data practices; and coordinating day-to-day programme delivery and internal operations so the team can respond effectively to emerging issues in Ghana’s extractive and land sectors.
His role bridges technical depth with practical implementation — from translating complex licensing and compliance questions into clear briefings for stakeholders, to aligning field and desk research with LMWG’s strategic priorities.
